Welcome to Franklin Farm, our family-run farm in the Dordogne. Our farm-raised chickens live outdoors all year round in large enclosures. They are moved daily, this practice is called rotational grazing. By freely pecking at grass and worms, supplemented by a balanced diet, our poultry grow at their own pace. The result is premium, firm and natural meat of exceptional flavour.
