At Franklin Farm, our pigs live outdoors year-round, free to roam, root, and forage in the forest of our Dordogne farm. We raise a Black pig breed famed for their exceptional flavor, rich marbling, and succulent texture.

Every cut is prepared by hand in our farm butchery, delivering premium-quality pork straight from our forest to your table.
